Transportation

Transportation to and from the airport is not included with your Disney resort package. A great option is adding a car rental to your Disney package through your Disney travel planner. Some other options include booking a private car service, a taxi or Uber or you can contact Hele Hele shuttle. Most will rent a car so that they can then visit other areas and attractions on the island. Excursions

The available excursions can all be booked through the Holo Holo Tour Desk at Aulani, or by calling (866) 443-4763. The list of available excursions can change frequently, visit the link below for the main excursions keeping in mind they can change based on the week you stay. You can start booking 180 days before your travel date.

KA WA‘A – A Lū‘au

KA WA‘A – A Lū‘au can be booked by calling  (844) 284-7644. All other on-site activities can easily be booked in person once you have arrived. However, KA WA‘A – A Lū‘au is booked 6 months in advance and books up very fast. It is highly recommended to get on when your booking window begins starting at 12am (midnight) Hawaiian standard.

Disney Aulani Deposit and final payment

Lastly, the deposit due at the time of booking is one night’s stay plus taxes. Cancelations must be made 5 days in advance in order to receive a refund of the deposit. If cancelation is less than 5 days, then the deposit is forfeited.
